Exploring Sales Concentration: Insights from the 2025 GTM Report
Hey RevOs folks. The 2025 Ebsta/Pavilion GTM Benchmark report says 14% of sales people generate 80% of the sales. Anyone ever done this kind of sales concentration Pareto analysis for their team? It's a very powerful way to visualize achievment and fair quotas. Here's one we did for a project. It's quite a bit less concentrated than the GTM Benchmark 14/80 stat.
