Hi RevOps folks, Have a quick question for you'all. We have all been in the shoe of building a lot of workflows for our business teams on our CRMs. What do you think of an AI agent builder tool that is pre-integrated with all your data sources and enables you to build an AI workflow for your marketing/sales/CS teams to solve for use cases in a smarter way. Ex:
Auto-summarising a customer journey just after closure and sending that summary to the onboarding/success manager on Slack
Identify use-cases to pitch to existing customer based on AI's understanding of your customer's website scraped and context of your business.
And many more - just be creative. Would you use something like this or do you already? What would be the first workflow you build on a tool like this?
Hi Sudhir, That is helpful but help me understand - isn't that a deafult feature in the conversational interlligence tool you might be using?
Hi Tracy, Read through the usecases you wrote -super interesting ones. Make lacks context on multi tech stack datasets and n8n is a little complex for sales/cs folks themselves to build it. I'm thinking if we can give power to them where they can create workflows just by prompting to AI (like current zapier version but with lot more contextual data from multiple sources)
an AI agent that feeds activity into a sales methodology prompt (i.e. MEDDICC) that has been tailored to the company/market and then spits out next steps is something I think about all the time. It comes up a lot, its hard to align remote teams on a process and there's only so many workflows and exit criteria you can build to stick it in. That would solve a big gap, from my experience
