Halfway through H1, how many revenue teams can confidently say they already know which accounts are most likely to churn before Q3 starts? 👀 One pattern I keep noticing: the “healthiest” accounts in dashboards are sometimes already quietly disengaging underneath. Stakeholders disappear, urgency fades, usage shifts subtly — but the health score still says green. By the time the forecast reflects the risk, the customer has usually been slipping for months. Wondering.. what signals your team actually trusts when an account looks healthy on paper but feels off operationally? 🤔
He Retyan A.! The signals I trust least are the ones the CRM is built to show. Logins, tickets, NPS. They all lag. The real ones live in conversations. Who stopped joining the recurring call. Which sales promise quietly never landed. Whose name disappeared from the thread three weeks ago. Most teams already have this. It's just spread across five tools and nobody connects it until QBR prep. Usually the "feels off" comes from one person who heard something on a call that doesn't match the dashboard. Question is whether that ever gets captured anywhere that survives.
Mark v. That part about “spread across five tools and nobody connects it” is really interesting. Feels like that’s where a lot of the gap comes from between what the dashboard says and what’s actually happening operationally. Once those softer signals get connected, it could completely change how teams measure account health, and even create more proactive ways to engage customers before churn becomes visible in the forecast. About your point on “one person hearing something on a call that doesn’t match the dashboard," have you seen teams successfully track or integrate that kind of signal anywhere yet?
