Hey All - Head of RevOps at Sweep.io. Something we’ve been digging into at Sweep: the Salesforce delivery funnel (design → build → QA/test → deploy) feels pretty strained. Admins are buried in requests, fixes, and never ending tech debt, so the deeper design/planning work to move the business forward gets pushed later.
