Hi everyone, Iโd appreciate some advice from those with experience in B2B outbound email. At my company, weโre just getting started with outbound and want to be very intentional about email deliverability. We currently use separate outbound domains that are warmed using tools like Lemwarm (via an external agency), but weโre cautious about the risk of getting domains flagged as we scale. Iโd love to learn from others here:
What email warm-up or deliverability tools you use (Lemwarm or alternatives)
Any workarounds or best practices you rely on beyond the tools
How you safely ramp outbound email volume without hurting domain reputation
And any opinions or lessons learned you wish youโd known earlier

Hey there, I'll give you a very simple, short solution to this at present. If you just check where your target audience lies. If these are bigger enterprise companies, go and set up a good infra. on Outlook mailboxes. If these are smaller startups or small SMBs, go and set up your entire infrastructure on Google mailboxes. I will say if you have zero experience hire an agency or an freelancer who can teach and implement systems in house cuz things are changing too quickly

I'd say just use saleshandy and follow their tutorials. They answer everything you ask and more in their videos and documentation.
Recently got into it myself, here is what i tend to see keep things rolling:
Keep sending volume per account low. I keep warming up and running throughout. I do max 10 real mails per sender per day
Validate recepients before you add them to campaign
Validate email contents: Length, spam word check
Send only plain text. The only real KPI you need is response rate
Add a proper signature to the email, its a trust signal for most email providers. Avoid links until people respond
