? wdym? have you ever worked in a sales team. getting a contract signed = payday = commissions = leaderboard placement = everything. nothing else matters to sales people.
This can be very industry specific. For example bfsi cares a lot about regulator compliances, so talking about those in your outbound might work really well. It's also a lot of trial and error with what catches attention. SDRs who have worked in bfsi would have great inputs on this.
You can automate this. Basically just check if email is populated - no action. If it isn't, only then update. Could use something like zapier or n8n to get this done
Bounce emails - can use zero bounce for that, and change the email addresses in your own CRM, don't auto enrich everything I'd say. Enrich details using email, don't enrich emails using details if you already have email.
