Seeking Feedback on Adding a Dedicated AI Adoption Role in Operations
Hi Everyone - We’re evaluating whether to add a dedicated role focused on driving internal AI adoption across departments, and I’d love to get this group’s perspective.
Has anyone introduced a similar function within RevOps (or adjacent teams)?
If so, what’s worked well, and what would you do differently?
More broadly, I’d welcome candid feedback on whether you view this as a strong investment area for an Operations organization 🤔 At a high level, the role would focus on:
Identifying and driving high-impact AI use cases with business leaders Designing and iterating on AI pilots tied to real business needs Building internal AI enablement resources and best practices Delivering training and coaching to improve AI fluency Measuring adoption and business impact Evaluating emerging AI tools Supporting scalable skill development with L&D Acting as an internal AI advisor Promoting experimentation and continuous improvement
