HubSpot Question: Is there a way to copy the date of a "note" logged on a contact into a contact property - either through HubSpot workflow or any possible workaround?

What's the intent?

The intent is to capture the timestamp of when a note was logged and store it in a contact property I'm trying to use that property for reporting
