Curious, if folks could have a live dashboard of all deal blockers and feature requests across all their calls and customer interactions aggregated and prioritized in one place (tagged with who asked for it and dollar value of each customer), would that be useful? (If so, would love to talk, feel free to DM) Side question: How are people tracking that today when trying to streamline improvements for their sales teams win deals.
It's super easy. You can just go through all past deals data and create categories for deal blockers. Then you can create a field under deals and make it mandatory where deal is in any stage for more than 30 days. Sales Person will have to fill the field. Then you can create a report -- How many deals are on hold due to which blockers. I hope this make sense.. Open to discuss further.
