Pete B. That’s a good way to think about it. Treating the agent as the owner of the opportunity forces you to design the permission model much more carefully. The audit trail point is huge too. Once agents start taking actions across systems, you need very clear visibility into what was done, why it was done, and what signal triggered it. Otherwise debugging or trust becomes a problem really quickly. Feels like a lot of teams underestimate how important those guardrails are until things start running in production.
