yeah I built a webapp thats now most of our GTM stack, full CRM, even sends the docs to get redlined and signed

haha Antoine L. - a huge part of my workflow now is packaging everything I'm doing into AI skills. My workflows, messaging, automation builds, content, any and everything I do becomes a skill. Then, whenever I'm repeating the task and want to replicate the outcome, I call the skill. OR, if I want to build a library of skills for my clients, I can do that too - while I'm working. If the engagement every ends, I have a library of my IP that I've built that's client-specific I can either sell to them (subscription) or keep and repurpose.

been trying both:
Claude Cowork as the orchestrator and building skills, routines and MCP connectors there
Hermes agent set-up in a VPS and alternating between chatting to it in telegram, or using claude code, to build skills
