Seeking Insights on Influencer Marketing for Gushwork

Anyone here done influencer marketing before? I'm setting it up for Gushwork (home services niche) and would love to pick your brain for 20-30 mins - doesn't matter if you were an IC, used an agency, whatever. Happy to swap learnings - I built our outbound calling team that's booking 100+ demos/month, so can share what's worked there + a Starbucks card for your time. its a huge part of marketing in my region. I worked with a few for Music promotions. The latest strategy I see now is using up coming influencers which feels like irony, those with 5k - 7k following across multi channel.
