Effective Strategies for Building Recruitment Pipelines in 2023

Hey folks, working on my recruitment agency these days. Pipeline building seems to be quite tough these days in this industry. Have tried multiple things - n8n automations to create 1:1 personalized emails, scraping job openings to customize emails, sharing sample candidates matching prospect's job opening(s) etc. Was wondering what exactly is working these days. Appreciate any help on this.

Multiple touchpoints across different channels works for us Aman S. Most personalized email tools I have tried still sound robotic. For us, we use AI to gather data in one place and add human touch while writing messaging.
