Would You Use a Tool Like Startup Scout Pro for Lead Research and Outreach? Pricing Feedback Needed

Hey everyone, genuine question for the community. Hi I'm Nuel here founder of Vaultio, an hiring infrastructure that helps companies assess and screen faster by sending tailored assessments test to candidates and Vaultio also support sourcing and payroll. So quick question tho after I built Vaultio I realized my domain reputation was bad and I couldn't send emails, so a month went by i built startup scout pro an internal GTM to that help me research leads, run background checks and send tailored pitch matching prospects voice, do follow ups and track response with 1.5% bounce rate, it helped in onboarding our early customers to Vaultio. So I was thinking whether to release to public or not. So please since here is a GTM chat I wanted to know if you'd use a tool like this and how much you're willing to pay to use it.
