Pat H. the key challenge being faced by ‘black box’ AI tools like AISDRs is that there is no way to look under the hood. They will either work or not work for you. Our approach is to make the whole process fully transparent like a ‘glass box’ so that you can iterate, tweak and learn. That’s the way we believe AI agents will create both trust and value. It is working and we are seeing some great results with our customers.

We’ve built a Salesforce AI admin agent, one that acts as a stand alone salesforce admin for every member in the revops team. IT can create flows, write validation rules, clean and deduplicate data, among a lot of other things. Hi! We created a free and open source Slack "character" called Geppetto that connects to a variety of LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT). In this way, for example, when the sales teams have questions about a certain topic it asks Geppetto and everybody that shares that channel see the answer an starts a more detailed discussion several steps forward.
