Balancing Written Docs and Video Walkthroughs for User Learning
We often assume users will “just read the help doc”… but most people choose the path that feels easiest. Put a long article next to a 40 second walkthrough and the choice is instant. For CS teams, this creates an interesting challenge:
Do we keep investing in written documentation because it’s the default?
OR we rethink how users actually want to learn?
