Seeking Advice on Booking More Meetings with AI Personalization

Hey guys! Looking for help - I'm an experienced seller - and am currently booking 2-3 meetings/ day. A guy approached me and said he could help me book +1 meeting / day using his Instantly + AI personalization stuff. So far we've booked 0 meetings after ~10 days. Anybody willing to talk to me about this? Is it just nonsense, or am I/him doing something wrong? We've already addressed standard stuff (warmups, low bounce rate, text only emails, 90+ quality on Lavender ... ) the copy is similar to what I use on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to book meetings successfully.

What’s the list quality? Is anything triggering sends or are they truly cold? What’s ACV?

so…. getting 1 extra meeting/day using high scale email is feasible. That said, you’re going to set your market on fire. If the goal is to maximize leads across the next 3 months, sure. If your goal is to maximize pipeline -> revenue and growth that continues, just blasting emails isn’t going to work. And $6K ACV is right on the cusp of even being worth using a BDR/SDR setup in terms of CAC:LTV. What’s your ICP?

my framework is to:
1.
Create signal (webinars, content, podcasts, LinkedIn, events, whatever)
2.
harvest signal (based on the above and 3rd party signals using tools like Clay, Bardeen, Airscale, whatever)
3.
Activate that signal
The goal isn’t to generate 1 meeting for 1K daily sends. The goal is to generate 1-2 highly qualified meetings from 25 daily sends. Which you can ramp up over time, but you can see the fundamental difference.
