Hey Folks, I need your help in figuring out something we might all be experiencing right now: Email campaigns. any theories or recommendations on what type of content works and what all things make you personally to answer
Naman G. I personally use a combination of personalization and templated copy. I scrape the lead website/social media. Generate a profile for them having some good information about them. Then I generate a personalized message for them that mentions some aspects of their life/business and also uses the templates that I write. This approach has proven to be working for me. Would love to hear your thoughts
do you do all of this manually, or use tools, if you do then which ones?
We use Tapistro to unify our profile signals and collect any contextual info on the persona+ person. Also use AI agent to build content and push it to email campaigns. Everything is automated everything on the system.
Hi Naman G. Personally I launch personalised email campaigns. Basically I look for intent signals such as as open jobs, recent news etc - that may signify a need for my solution. Then I write a personalised copy around that plus how my solution can help. With these emails there are a few rules I follow:
short messaging (I try to keep it under 110 words max)
Subject lines of 3-5 words max
These can be very manual so I build a clay table to automate it. PS people are beginning to respond more to soft CTAs that offer more value than hard ones that ask for a call straight up
