Hey everyone! I have quick question and I'd love your input - thank you in advance for being my unofficial focus group. What could be the best probing statements you would say, while pitching it to a CHRO during a discovery or the demo call Do share your valuable input, I am curious!

Can you provide more context? The probing questions are contingent on what problem you solve for. If you ask general probing questions they will lose interest very quickly.

Example1: you solve employee churn Research employee account before call What was your churn in 2024? What have you tried to reduce churn? If recruiting or onboarding What is the ramp time of new employees? What is the current process? What resources are required to onboard employees?
