Defining Fluency in Using GenAI: Achieving Desired Outcomes Amidst Algorithm Challenges

Not yet but I have been on this for a bit. The only caveat to think about is defining what that fluency actually means to us. To me, as of today, that means can you get the desired outcome and survive the unsolicited advice/obnoxous push back these genAi algos seem to be tuned to, lol.
