I have not, but I haven't really put effort in to find out; I do know team leads are also getting let go for cheaper hires because 'I can give them rewrapped AI tools' vs using tools as a multiplier. Figure it out could also just be code word for 'results/outcomes' vs caring how it gets done - which, eh, is a double edged sword. I have been reading too much Plato lately though. Ill ask around though, this is a great question.

I think no matter the role people should speak to the work vs just pumping out product; otherwise why bother doing it if you're not learning.

I can rattle off at least 8 people who just built there own internal tools - starting with genAI then just finishing it themselves. So, I think some companies will start to 'own' that function. I find that most CRM's get bloated and feature heavy instead of just making what works, better. I miss the older days of HubSpot to be honest. Quite honestly - the majority of ICP 'stats' don't really apply to most roles and its a bit crazy to have most seller roles have access to them (especially since most DM/EB's have nothing to do with the majority of those outcomes on the daily).

Def, the own voice thing is maddening - especially given how some model's now 'over think' as a mechanism to show 'conversation' based responses. Although the humanization is a step forward, its sometimes way worse.

And using the same responses via genAI!
