How to Keep Sales Threads Organized and Deals Moving Effectively in Startups
Hey all! I’m running GTM across a few startups, and almost all of them battle with keeping threads in order. A rep promises something on a call and it never goes out, a deal sits two weeks with no contact, an inbound waits two days. Always breaks for a team I’ve built a custom small agent for it that sits on the CRM and Gmail, catches the deals nobody’s touched, tracks what each rep promised and to who, and moves the next step for whoever owns the deal. Runs in Slack, never sends on its own. Mostly curious if other people running teams hit the same thing, and what you use to keep the motion effective (happy to let teams try it free if you want to poke at it)
