Hey everyone! I'm a Sales Director at a SaaS company, and we haven’t started using Sales Digital Rooms with our prospects yet — those shared spaces where they can access everything they need (videos, collateral, proposals, etc.). I might be a bit old school, but I feel like I’d be giving up some of my usual reasons to follow up — like sending over a document, a video, or a new idea. What do you think? Have any of you tried this approach, and what’s been your experience?
Are your prospects asking for them?
Pat H. Thanks for asking. No, not currently.
Thanks for your input Pat H.
also it depends a bit on your teams adoption, if they are actively looking at the insights from the sales room and using it to motivate conversions you might still want to go for it, if it is just another goggle drive usecase, avoid it
Thanks for your answer Neil S.
Stéphane M. I have started adopting digital sales room after discovery calls. Tailoring the room to their needs as well to highlight how i continue to solve their problem along with case studies etc.. its also a great place to communicate under one roof and prevents losing info through loads of emails. Also testing it will outreach as an initial touch point to introduce them to the product etc…
