Validating Common SaaS Pain Points: Seeking Your Insights
Hi everyone! I recently pivoted from running an agency to building SaaS, and I’m still trying to validate whether the problems we kept seeing with clients are really as common as they felt. Would love your help here. The issues we ran into over and over:

Needing to stitch together 5+ tools just to run basic workflows (our monthly stack bill was painful).
- 2.
AI solutions giving generic outputs that didn’t reflect our data or goals (we spent more time prompting than executing).
- 3.
Over-engineered, operator-heavy processes — it felt like you needed a GTM engineer or technical hire just to run GTM.
