Moving Beyond AI Tool Stacking: Building Autonomous, Agentic Go-To-Market Infrastructures
I was reflecting on the recent panel here with leaders from HubSpot, Zapier, and Clay. Davide Grieco hit the nail on the head: "99% of people are talking about the tools... What's really important is how we design the campaign." Right now, most GTM teams are treating AI as features bolted onto rigid, traditional "If-Then" rule-based workflows. The rep gets a few hours back, but the underlying execution remains a linear assembly line. As an AI Architect, I believe the real pipeline shift happens when we transition from simple automation to fully orchestrated Agentic GTM infrastructures. Instead of human reps managing a black box of static tools, multi-agent systems with reasoning capabilities can autonomously handle dynamic research, lead prioritization, and hyper-personalized execution at scale. The model executes the heavy lifting, while the human acts as the strategic architect. Curated workflows always beat generic AI slop. @Jared Robin and community — are we starting to see early-adopter revenue orgs move past tool-stacking and actually build autonomous, agentic infrastructure? Or is the industry still structurally stuck in the "feature/wrapper" experimentation phase? Jared R. Nandini R.
