I need help in putting bulk messages for 70k people, from platform like Whatsapp or any other alternative I am creating a community of spam free networking, though i need to filter but first i need to bring all the people to a place where i can advertise my community and filter them up

no the idea is, i am into a lot of communities and i have extracted there data from WA. I have a data of 70k people, my vision is filter this 70k people into geniune one who wants to do networking without just spamming about their business and other stuffs, for this i will create a community and then start shooting about my vision being a admin and i will filter them all and then i will create a successful like minded community
