Out of curiosity, how many people here can actually design and implement a complete GTM system end-to-end? I'd love to know how common this skill is in the community.

Out of curiosity, how many people here can actually design and implement a complete GTM system end-to-end? I'd love to know how common this skill is in the community.

honestly fewer than would admit it. most people own a slice of the GTM motion really well but designing the full system — from ICP definition through to closed-won attribution — requires a level of cross-functional thinking that's rare. the ones who can usually got there by breaking things at a startup, not by studying frameworks

completely agree with Ozan D. here. that's exactly the capability we're trying to develop through our GTM Engineering cohort as well. Participants build their own ICP matrix, map their sales processes and then learn to automate and embed AI within that system.

Ozan D. If you were hiring today, how would you test whether someone truly understands end-to-end GTM systems versus just knowing the tools?
