Improving Cold Calling Success in the US eCommerce Market
Hi everyone🙌, I’m Roshan, currently working as an AE at an email automation platform called CartRabbit, focused on D2C and eCommerce brands. I’m using Apollo for prospecting and CallHippo for dialing. I’ve just started working with the US market, and while I’ve tried to pick things up on my own - from time zone differences to buyer behaviors — I’m still facing some challenges. For example, when I make 50+ cold calls a day, I barely get 1 or 2 connections. So I had a few questions:
- 1.
How can I improve my connection rate? Are the tools I’m using okay, or should I try something else? Any proven tactics or workflows you’d recommend?
- 2.
Are there key insights about the US D2C/eCom market that a rep like me must know?
- 3.
If anyone here is selling email automation tools into the US, I’d love to hear your hacks, tips, or small things that made a big difference.
Honestly, if there’s any US cold calling expert out there - I’d really appreciate a hand. Just trying to learn, grow, and get better every day. Thanks in advance!
