Hey everyone, I’ve been working on a pretty specific RevOps problem lately:
Deals that look active in CRM but are actually drifting because decisions stopped converging.
Most teams I’ve worked with can detect risk signals (pricing friction, missing buyer ownership, slipping next steps, etc.). The gap I keep seeing is turning those signals into automatic action.
What I’m building around this is:
→ translating win/loss + conversation + CRM signals into operational triggers
→ tying those triggers to ownership and predefined playbooks
→ removing the need for reps/managers to “decide” when escalation should happen
Early tests show most pipeline issues appear internally long before buyers disengage.
