Seeking Critical Feedback on Lynr: A New GTM Execution Support and Curated Operator Network
Hey all — sharing something I’ve been working on for a while, and I’d genuinely value some critical feedback from people in this group. I’ve been building Lynr, based on a problem I’ve seen repeatedly in B2B teams: there’s often no shortage of strategy or ideas, but there is a shortage of experienced capacity to actually get important GTM work built properly. Things like lifecycle, CRM, handoffs, forecasting, enablement, operating rhythm, data, attribution… the work everyone knows matters, but somehow keeps sitting in the backlog because the people capable of owning it are already stretched. The model we’ve ended up with is deliberately quite simple — Lynr takes on a defined GTM problem, brings senior execution around it, builds the system, documents it and hands it back so the internal team can actually run it. Alongside that, I’ve also been building the Lynr Network. This is probably the part I’d particularly love opinions on. I really didn’t want to build another freelancer marketplace or a directory of profiles. The idea is a curated network of experienced GTM operators, advisors and specialist partners that sits behind Lynr, so when a piece of work needs deeper expertise we already know who we’d trust to bring around it. I’m still early enough that critical feedback is genuinely useful, so please don’t feel you need to be polite 😅 If the positioning is unclear, the model feels wrong, you’ve seen something similar done better, or there’s an obvious problem I’m missing, I’d much rather hear that now. And equally, if anyone in your network comes to mind — a really strong RevOps/MOPS/GTM operator, Enablement leader, CRM/data person, AI/GTM specialist, advisor, or a specialist partner you’d personally trust — I’d really appreciate an introduction. Not because I’m trying to collect hundreds of profiles, but because I’d like to build the Network through people recommending people they actually rate. You can see what I’m building here if useful: getlynr.com And the Network is here: getlynr.com/network No pitch expected from this — genuinely interested in what you think, including the bits you think I’ve got wrong.
