👋 I’ve spent my career obsessed with automation and ease-of-use - first founding the company that became Salesforce Flow, then as CPO of Boomi (after selling my startup to Dell), and most recently leading the Slack Platform. I realized that despite all these tools, CS teams are drowning in noise. You have data everywhere, but no single place to make sense of it. That’s why I built Noded:
It connects your tools (Zoom, Gong, Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack...) and aggregates commitments/tasks,
gives you the key signals you need on accounts (churn, sentiment, multi-threading... you decide),
and crucially, helps drive action (create ticket, send email, generate playbook... using easy to customize agents).
I want to also change how tools like this are sold. So, we are taking 100% of the risk: We will get a test team onboarded within 1 month, customize the offering to your workflow, and connect your tools. If it doesn’t work for you, you don’t pay us anything. If you’re interested, I'd love to talk. We're a small, disruptive startup, and we'll work our butts off to make you successful: https://getnoded.ai. Feel free to DM me.
Steve - the transition from 'Dashboards' to 'Action Agents' is the exact thesis I’m deploying for my clients. Most CS teams are just staring at 'Red/Green' health scores with no executable lever. I’d be interested to see how Noded handles the 'Permission Layer' for autonomous actions (e.g., does the Agent draft the renewal email or send it?). I’m building 'Governance Swarms' to solve that exact trust gap. Would love to trade notes on the architecture of 'Safe Autonomy' in CS
