Hey everyone! I'm Jay I'm a UX Content Designer & Strategist who loves connecting content, design, and AI to create experiences that actually help people get stuff done.
I've spent 15+ years building content systems across fintech (Charles Schwab), B2C tech (Indeed), government applications, and SaaS — if it needs clean information architecture and scalable content ops, I'm all in!
Recently led global help center redesigns at Indeed that took self-service rates from 45% to 94% across 38 markets. Big believer in content that works hard so users don't have to.
Early adopter of AI/LLM-powered content systems (Claude, Ditto) — I love figuring out how to make AI actually useful for content creation at scale.
