Introducing Upo: Excited to Grow and Learn with RevGenius Community!

@channel Hey everyone! I’m Upamanyu Ghosh (Upo)—absolutely stoked to connect with and learn from all you amazing and lovely folks out here. I recently joined RevGenius in Growth, where I focus on scaling our community’s reach, deepening engagement, and experimenting with inventive and game-changing ways to create value for our incredible community of 55k Revenue Leaders (and counting!). Prior to this, my head’s always been in organizational research, and project coordination, so this is my first hands-on role in B2B SaaS—and my first time fully owning growth. It’s been a fast learning curve, but an unbelievably rewarding one as well, made possible by the indispensable mentorship of Jared R. and Karthi R., our trailblazing duo at the helm. I’m here to keep learning, and I’m especially excited to soak up wisdom from the amazing wizards in this community. If you’re building, scaling, breaking, or reinventing something—I’m all ears. Looking forward to the convos, coffees and connections! Of course, not everything’s gone smoothly. Last week, I triggered an automated outreach message without cleaning up the contacts list, and it ended up calling every person on there by a different name (I know, I cringe at the thought of it as well). (I AM SO SORRY - please don’t hate me!) But the best part of RevGenius? It’s a culture that embraces ownership, accountability, and learning from your failures and iterating forward.
