I’m also onto ‘the same niche’ - GTM, Digital Marketing Development and Account Executive/Junior Partner on a Startup :) Honestly, I’d love to know more abt you thought process behind clients success - perhaps a call to exchange startegy insights this month would be cool 😎

When I work with founders, I focus on a few core areas: clarifying their growth strategy, streamlining operations, and building or refining their go-to-market and sales approach. I also help with sales training and building high-performing sales teams from the ground up. It really depends on where they are in their journey. Would love to hear more about what you're working on too 🙌
