Hi @everyone! I’m Sophia Erasmo, currently VP of Marketing for the Startups Cluster at The KPI Institute, where I lead growth initiatives for two SaaS/EdTech brands (Lerero & Skills1). I’m passionate about turning complex ideas into simple, human-centered strategies that drive both growth and impact. Over the years, I’ve led marketing for startups and scale-ups across FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, and eCommerce and what excites me most is building communities, stories, and campaigns that make people feel connected while driving measurable results.
