Hey everyone I'm a sales manager with about 18 years of experience, however the majority of that time I spent as an individual contributor. I run a large sales team, 30+ reps all working remote for a financial services company. So I'm constantly looking for ways to improve and be more efficient, with so many reps its about using my time wisely.
