Don't call recording platforms (Gong / Chorus come to mind) sort of enable this already? Especially if tied into a CRM? Couldn't you extract a field like "failure cause" out of the transcript and into the CRM?
How were you planning on measuring the success of the methodology change (win rate / customer satisfaction / etc)?
