Hi Jonathan B. - Thanks for the note. I completely agree that it's about the talent, training, and creativity that books meetings with Director level and above. I've worked with many different outsourced companies (Columbia, Jamaica, India, Philippines, etc..) and its the quality of the SDR that matters. My co-founder that's based in Pakistan and India does a great job vetting and finding staff that not only sound good, but also navigates conversations.
