Hey Bruce Brotine, how do your SDR teams fare in converting calls to meetings for businesses (Director+). I've worked with Indian, Pakistan, and Philippines VAs for my clients (I provide sales consulting for B2B tech companies in North America) - found that it wasn't so much the accent but inability to navigate a conversation with enough business acumen while avoiding sounding like they're using a script. I currently hire from a specific part of the world for my VAs that seem to deliver the same and even better outcomes than those in North America whose costs are very competitive for my clients. Keep in mind, we still train them on my clients cold calling/businesses/sales methodology. Curious on your response here.

Hi Jonathan B. - Thanks for the note. I completely agree that it's about the talent, training, and creativity that books meetings with Director level and above. I've worked with many different outsourced companies (Columbia, Jamaica, India, Philippines, etc..) and its the quality of the SDR that matters. My co-founder that's based in Pakistan and India does a great job vetting and finding staff that not only sound good, but also navigates conversations. I can't say we get it right every call, but we get better every month and grow with our clients. It's been very rewarding thus far. Hope this helps and would enjoy a conversation with you.
