🗺️ Does anyone have suggestions for how to interview and recruit an offshore contractor? I essentially really need someone who can be my right hand across my different clients. It’s a bit of a mix of what I need them to do:
Digital marketing chops, at least knowing how to manage social media marketing, make static and video creatives, do designs for creatives and email newsletters. Major plus if they have some web skills and/or can also develop good direct response landing pages
Understands how to use common softwares and tools, such as Loom, Google Suite, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel - at the very least is digitally native, and huge plus if they're skilled with AI workflows and automations
is a quick learner for new tools, is coachable and proactive, always looking for where they can help
Be a bit of an administrative VA for me and the billion workstreams I have
Since I'm a solopreneur and my need for help is essentially someone to help me deliver services to my clients, which are a bit varied, I feel like I don't have a traditional offshore talent job description here – so any recommendations on approach, places to look, even a specific person you have in mind would be appreciated 🙏🏼
