I have been building GTM workflows and tools for AI led growth for a year now.
This has convinced me that the future would be Agents Led Growth.
That being said, I have been wondering about Post Sales Journey now.
Lets say you have got the user who is on Free Trial or recently bought the product.
How are you handling the journey from when a customer starts using the platform to get the best value, experience low friction on the product and retain that user.
Has anyone tried any tool or AI for this? Interested to chat with folks who are thinking about this problem, trying to solve it or have already solved it..
