in my experience getting Apollo <> SF to work better usually wins as the best path. Eg. reviewing the sync issues... duped contacts, ownership rule issues, integration setup, etc. LeadIQ could be worth a look. Or Clay if you have the resources for that kind of build.

TJ super helpful clarity -- totally changes my read. I'd lead with this line "I get a system running in about 30 days and the client owns it, so if they hire later that person inherits something that works." Sounds like you're definitely onto something. Agree with the other comment too; if you can get a repeatable sales motion that's off the hands of the founder it's a dream come true.

A few candid thoughts, as it's helpful: I think what'd be more important to understand about your offer is the "how". It sounds like this offer would be tailored to early stage seed // series A (ie. teams without a mature marketing / sales org) -- the challenge with those groups is that they usually don't have enough reps to accurately define ICP, nor do they have enough data to make predictions. Also their CRMs tend to be a bit 'wild west' from the natural cycle of founder-led sales // no formal ops team building a trackable pipeline. All to say I think there would have to be one really compelling proprietary method of defining ICP or generating new business to differentiate. As a buyer I'd want to know how exactly you're able to deliver better results than if I instead brought in a full-time marketer and full-time seller who spend 40+ hours a week breathing and building my business. For what it's worth; coming from the perspective of Rev Ops... but have also led GTM as a one-woman show. 🙂
