A few things that have worked well for teams we’ve supported:
• Auto-capture activity (emails, meetings, call notes) as much as possible
• Prompt updates after value moments (e.g., stage change → short, contextual prompt)
• Use Flows to suggest next actions instead of enforcing inputs
• Have managers review data during live pipeline calls (behavior change > tools)
LLMs can help, but only once the underlying process is simplified first.
