Renewals: Send reminders for renewals 1 month in advance
Prevent Churn: Situation: Usage is dropping,
Expansion: Situation: Usage increasing, Upsell a pricing plan. Cross sell etc.

And most of them don't have much experience building these. We thought, we can suggest templates to them to get started as empty state has an inertia.
