Hi everyone! Big update for ProofFlow. 🚀 The app has grown significantly over the last few weeks. We’ve moved well beyond review collection to build a more complete social proof engine for HubSpot teams. Here is the latest:
Proof linked to deals. You can now associate specific reviews with active HubSpot deals to help move the needle during the sales process.
More ways to share trust. It’s not just about widgets anymore. You can now share proof at the best moment using images or links.
Actionable suggestions. We’re using review insights to surface specific actions for your teams, making it easier to stay on top of customer sentiment.
We’re also suggesting dedicated workflows for Marketing, Sales, and CS so you can see exactly how this fits into your existing portal. Still in beta and 100% free to use. Check it out on our new website or watch our demo video!
Hi Paris P., Sure 🙂 In short: we’re building a HubSpot-native app that automates testimonial collection directly from the CRM. You can: • trigger review requests manually from the contact card or via workflows • send a branded, configurable questionnaire (multi-question, rating, video or text) • manage approvals inside HubSpot • sync activity back to the contact timeline • publish approved reviews via embeddable widgets The idea is to avoid external tools and data silos by keeping the whole customer proof process inside HubSpot. Hey everyone, We’re building a customer proof HubSpot-native app and are now recruiting beta testers. Targets = HubSpot agencies - SaaS / B2B teams running on HubSpot - RevOps / Marketing Ops folks deep in the CRM We’re testing several channels already, but for those who’ve run a beta or been a beta tester:
What has actually worked to recruit high-quality beta users?
Any unconventional channels or tactics that performed better than expected?
Anything that looked promising but was a waste of time?
I’m specifically interested in early-stage, hands-on feedback users. Not just signups, but engaged design partners. Appreciate any concrete examples, even tactical ones. Thanks a lot!
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Alex, co-founder of ProofFlow. If you’re using HubSpot and collecting testimonials, you’re probably doing one of these today:
managing it manually inside HubSpot (notes, properties, tasks),
or using a dedicated testimonial tool connected via Zapier/Make, plus some manual cleanup
What we’re building with ProofFlow is a HubSpot-native alternative:
requests triggered from contact records or workflows
text or video feedback collected on branded pages
approvals and status tracked inside HubSpot
approved proof shared via widgets, without syncing data across tools
No zaps to maintain. No data living “next to” the CRM. We’re live and running a beta, and we’re looking for HubSpot users who already feel the friction of the setups above and want to help shape a better one. If you want a quick sense of what this looks like in practice, here’s a demo video: https://youtu.be/jsiA837gnSI If that’s you, DM me or check: https://proofflow.app Happy to answer questions here as well.
