Well, building products has taught me that solving the wrong problem really well, is still level 3. The hard part is figuring out what problem is actually worth solving before writing code IMO.

I’d be curious to know whether you’re measuring the lift from direct mail alone or using it as a pattern interrupt before email/LinkedIn. Feels like the combination might outperform either channel by itself.
