Hey everyone, Joshua Garza here, based in Austin Texas! I’m currently exploring new opportunities in Account Management or Customer Success and figured I’d throw this out to the network. I’ve spent the last 10 years in SaaS, most currently as a Mid-Market AE at Navan where I’ve been managing full cycle deals and partnering closely with finance teams on travel + expense strategy. Prior to that, I worked heavily in the restaurant / hospitality space, so I’m very used to fast-moving, high-touch customer environments. Across my roles, I’ve:

Driven adoption, expansion, and retention conversations
Acted as the bridge between sales, product, and the customer
At this point, I’m looking to shift into a role where I can focus more on growing and retaining customers vs. net new hunting, ideally in an Account Management or Customer Success capacity. Open to remote or Austin-based roles, and especially interested in companies that are customer-obsessed and product-driven.
