We've been building insights and risk intelligence on top of existing CRMs and end up speaking to tons of sales teams and founders. Curiously seeing two trends: 1) more AI forward teams taking on work in-house to build CRMs because vibe coding makes it "easier" on paper and 2) people retraining and rethinking their workflows with breeze/agentforce/attio.
IMO the CRMs of yesterday and tomorrow are still not addressing the main gap - which is that information does not live in a single silo'ed tool. There's a lot that slips through the gaps (including product roadmaps on Linear, Slack channels, meeting summaries not recorded) and agentic automation is still not deterministic just due to the nature of the underlying LLMs themselves. My biggest pet peeve is regardless of whatever CRMs people use, all decisions are still made in hour long weekly sales reviews, and not in the tool itself.
