For most teams integrated wins, and the reason is speed to action rather than data quality.
A standalone intent provider might have better coverage, but if the signal sits in a separate dashboard someone has to check, it's usually stale by the time anyone acts on it. Intent has a short shelf life.
When it's native to the enrichment layer you can score, personalise and route in the same run - so the signal actually triggers outreach instead of just sitting in a report. That's worth more than marginally better data most of the time.
Specialised providers still make sense if intent is the core of your entire motion, but for teams where it's one signal among several, integrated is the better trade.
