Totally fair points, and honestly if custom CRM fields and dashboards are working well for you, that’s great. What we’ve seen though (after chatting with over 100+ revenue teams) is that in reality, reps don’t consistently tag travel influence (so attribution & CAC is often incomplete), it’s hard to tie trips to actual pipeline movement or ROI, and finance usually has little visibility into what’s being spent vs. what’s being closed. We’re trying to solve that by automating the data across systems (CRM, expenses, travel bookings, calendars), making it easier to prioritize the right trips before they happen (with AI that is now possible), and show real impact post-trip, without adding more admin work.
